- You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content
- You must obtain all necessary rights and consents before processing images
4. Facial Data & Image Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the images and data you submit to the Services. DeepFace AI acts only as a data processor and does not claim ownership over uploaded content.
You confirm that you have obtained valid consent from individuals whose images are processed using our Services.
5. API Usage & Billing
API usage may be subject to usage limits, subscription plans, and pay-as-you-go fees. Charges apply only to successful requests unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.
6. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in activities that may harm DeepFace AI or other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, APIs, and documentation provided by DeepFace AI are the property of DeepFace AI and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepFace AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
